Nov 10, 2025, MANILA — Super Typhoon Fung-wong (Uwan) blew out of the northwestern Philippines on Monday after causing floods, landslides, power outages and at least 18 deaths…

Fung-wong lashed the northern Philippines after Typhoon Kalmaegi (Tino) struck central provinces last week, leaving at least 232 people dead, and later hitting Vietnam, where at least five were killed…

More than 1.4 million people moved into emergency shelters or the homes of relatives before the typhoon made landfall, and about 240,000 remained in evacuation centers Tuesday. (The Associated Press)

With all the reported government corruption of pocketing taxpayer money allocated to flood projects that could have alleviated the devestation caused by these typhoons, Filipinos remain weary on sending donations to the Philippines.

Because of that, I have compiled a list of organizations and links to donate that have been backed and vetted by our online community. Organizations that are not involved with the government, have levels of transparency, and have direct contacts to those on the ground have been prioritized.

*Angat Buhay has been the resounding organization that Filipinos across the country trust due to their immediate action, network size, and transparency.

Please note that all organizations listed are collected from my online comments and messages from my videos on the Philippine Typhoons.

Many people, especially those in the Philippines, are advising against donating anything to any government related relief programs as they might not reach those in need. Many are also saying to avoid donating to things like the Philippine Red Cross as 90% of the funds are being put towards administrative costs.

Should you find that any of these organizations are improperly misusing these funds, please contact me immediately at the email below to take the listing down. If you know any other grassroots organizations or ways the global community can help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Salamat,
JV
