my name’s jan vincent but most of the time i go by jv. based in new york city, i’m the founder of a digital creative platform called mercado vicente. my colorful experience has lead me to captivate a highly engaged audience; from building out a series showcasing people moving culture forward, to creating viral moments that spark the attention of the press, to hosting events with attendance rates that brands could only dream of, here are a few things that I’m pretty damn proud of that should convince you to work with me.

i know what you’re thinking
do you only work
with filipino brands?
no. but everything i do is to show the little kids that look like me that they too can exist and thrive in the spaces that i explore, especially in the ones where we remain underrepresented and unseen.
filipinos were the first asians to land on the continental united states in 1587. there are approximately 4.1 million filipinos in the united states; the third largest asian american population in the country with Tagalog being the 4th most spoken language.
yet how many brands, businesses, and media do you see about filipinos in america?
the work i produce aims to solidify the foundation that the demographic is there and ready to participate – we just need to show them what is possible.
you can be part of that.

my experience is rooted in the fashion industry, so running some of the most iconic shows during paris fashion week has taught me a thing or two about producing highly sought after and talked about events. and this is with no budget.

if you’re looking for someone that you can put in a box, i suggest you look for someone else.
however, if you’re looking for someone that is human, someone that is driven to a bigger purpose, someone that is probably one of the hardest working people you’ll ever meet in your life, then you are in luck.
one of my most prized traits is the ability to connect with people, it is what has always made me unique and successful. it is something that not everyone can do but i do very well. and trust me when i say, i can do that with you.
here’s some fan faves that we can work on:
pilipino ka ba? - my viral man-on-the-street style interview series searching for everyday filipinos doing remarkable work pushing culture forward. from sponsorships to allow us to travel to getting extra hands on set, this series continues to gain attention and developing it is priority.
affiliate products - my audience is always looking for my next favorite thing. tell me about your product and see how it can make sense in my universe.
video coverage, appearances - from doing interviews to showcasing your brands work, i can help inject personality into your next event while creating memorable moments on video for social.
customized brand assets - think commercials, ads and other marketing geared to a targeted audience with buying power waiting to be spent.
